Arouse your taste buds with this toothsome chips zege (French Fries Omelette), a very common but stylish omelette. Make your eating moments more suave and nifty with yummy yummy’s modern treat, with a little kitchen secret away from your ordinary routine, here is a recipe for one person’s meal.
Ingredients
Six middle size Irish potatoes
500ml cooking oil
2 eggs
Green pepper
Onion
Salt
Method
Peel the Irish potatoes, wash, slice and add salt.
Hit oil and deep fry the French fries until they become crunchy.
Place in a clean bowl to cool.
Break the two eggs in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add the French fries to the bowl containing eggs.
Add chopped green pepper, sliced onion and salt.
Mix
Place a frying pan on medium hit , smear the pan with two table spoons of cooking oil.
Pour the mixture into the pan and spread into a circular shape.
When the lower part turns golden brown, turn over the other side until it turns golden brown.
Remove into a plate, let it cool.
Sprinkle with tomato sauce.
Serve with juice.
Enjoy.
