They say opportunities are like sunrises, If you wait too long, you miss them. These first ten days of dhul-hijja presents a golden opportunity for a believer. In Islam they are regarded as the best in the Islamic calendar.
And so a great opportunity is presented to us by Allah once again. We thank Allah for this great chance. Sadly, many of us may have the right information regarding the importance of increasing acts of worship during these days but may not take advantage of the same. Only those who know the true meaning of life often raise to such an occasion of seizing once in a lifetime chance.
We can only learn from our past mistakes of missing chances such as this. We are also sure that we may not be there next year the same time. So are we here on earth to miss chances and regret later or hold onto them to create impeccable experiences. The choice is within us and the chance is for us.
